Hi Sandy. Very interesting. I had never before heard of reverse mentoring. I think executives at my agency have bought in to the idea of “social business,” but they are hestant to participate because of the time investment. It will take time for them to see that the enhanced collaboration inherent in social business increases productivity and actually saves time.
