  1. 1) Universal fact! Sales guys try to jump to transactions before they engage. Numbers. Numbers!!. Result? Loss of opportunities. Shrink in deal size. Forced sharing of opportunity with competition. 2) Internal collaboration is must before a good proposal is shared with the customer. Currently its more of a prototype offer with very less of innovation. Has the ‘offer’ been included with the inputs of all who matter for a particular deal?. Social Sales is the answer!
