Happy Monday! And I am happy! I am home from my 2 weeks in Asia and Africa with great meetings with clients and great changes in the market. What a difference that a year makes!

I completely agree with the fact that social makes us happier from the simple fact that we all love to work in teams and whats better way to collaborate and work than working in silos. Social keeps the employees engaged (http://khalidraza9.wordpress.com/2012/07/02/keeping-employees-engaged/) and allows a greater performance. Loved the video too, Sandy!

I hope that you enjoyed your time in Africa. I use to be the IT Manager for The Salvation Army in Zimbabwe and was responsible for rolling out Lotus Notes to most of the countries where The Salvation Army operates throughout the continent.
