    Very interesting indeed. These days products companies have ‘incubation’ labs where they study and build prototypes for new products. Say for instance how does a Telco launch a new ‘call package’ Or an Insurance company a new ‘pension plan’. Social holds the key here. No product could be a ‘people’s product’ unless it uses social to crowd source ideas. Considering the type of costs involved in the development & launch of products, investment on Social makes lot of sense.
